Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing times may increase during peak periods or promotions.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is still processing.

Shipping Address

  • Orders ship to the exact address provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase.
  • Once shipped, we cannot reroute, update, or intercept packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • SHMLSS™ is not responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us. We will assist with filing a USPS claim.

Ship Safe Protection

  • Lost packages protected by SHIP SAFE are eligible for store credit only, issued to the email on file.
  • SHIP SAFE fees are non-refundable.
