SHMLSS™ flip-flops are designed for short-term, emergency relief. Due to the temporary-use nature of the product and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, original shipping costs are non-refundable. Because SHMLSS™ provides free outbound shipping, the actual postage we covered will be deducted from any eligible refund.
