SHMLSS™ offers free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders within the United States. No hidden fees, no surprises.
Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday ship within 1–2 business days.
- During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it yet, your order is still being processed—check back soon.
Shipping Address
- Orders ship to the exact address entered at checkout.
- Once shipped, we cannot reroute or intercept packages.
- Please double-check your information before completing your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- All USPS Ground Advantage shipments include tracking and up to $100 of insurance.
- USPS does not require a signature at delivery.
- SHMLSS™ is not responsible for packages once marked delivered by USPS.
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. We’ll help file a claim with USPS on your behalf. Approved claims are covered up to $100.
